ARTICLE VII Call In Pay
25. An employee who has left the plant and is called in by the Company to perform work outside of his/her regular scheduled shift will receive a guaranteed minimum of 5 hours at the time and a half rate. An employee who is called in to work to replace another employee who turns down scheduled overtime within sixteen (16) hours of the start of such scheduled overtime shall not be eligible for call-in pay.
