ARTICLE XI No Strike Clause
53. Inasmuch as adequate machinery has been provided in the foregoing, the Company agrees not to lock out its employees for the duration of the contract, and the Union agrees that there will be no strike, walk out, slow down, or work stoppage, or any other effort to interfere with the production of the plant for the duration of the contract, except for failure of the Company to abide within an arbitration decision within fifteen (15) working days after such decision is received from a Board of Arbitration unless the Company notifies the Union that an extension of time is required and the reason for such extension is given.
